Lindsey Pietrzyk BS, RN, CNOR
Lindsey is the heart of PediCare Consulting, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience across the ED, OR, and outpatient pediatric care. Known for her compassion, clarity, and ability to connect, she guides families, nurses, and partner organizations with empathy and expertise. A mom who loves dogs, Diet Coke, and Michigan summers, Lindsey is dedicated to making pediatric care personal, accessible, and empowering for every child and family.

Brittany Davis
Originally from the Midwest and now based in the South, Brittany brings financial expertise and steady leadership to PediCare Consulting. She specializes in healthcare finance, revenue strategy, and program development, making complex financial and operational decisions clear and confident. A proud mom who loves reading, puzzles, and country concerts, Brittany balances precision with warmth to guide PediCare’s growth with strategy and heart.

Brenda brings decades of pediatric nursing experience, with deep expertise in emergency care and community health outreach. She is highly skilled in medical record review, standards of care evaluation, and advocacy for medically complex children and their families. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, spending time with her grandkids, and a fun girls night.

Edward brings a strong background in law enforcement, civil rights, and government policy to his role as VP of Operations at PediCare Consulting. Grounded in integrity and strategic leadership, he oversees structure, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. Outside of work Ed enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and his dogs.

Passionate about children’s advocacy and inclusive IEP support, Stacey ensures families are heard, protected, and empowered.
